David is the NOAA Chief Enterprise Architect, responsible for engaging stakeholders across NOAA to develop collaborative architectural solutions for shared requirements, and for providing architectural analyses and advice to guide IT investment decisions necessary to implement solutions. He also represents NOAA’s open government initiatives and plans to the DOC Open Government Senior Lead (OGSL) committee. Most recently, David led the development and vetting of NOAA’s Cloud Strategy, and is currently partnering with the NOAA CIO Council’s new Cloud Committee to develop an actionable implementation plan to achieve the cloud objectives.
