NOAA Cloud Strategy.
I have worked for NOAA Fisheries at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, Seattle, WA, as the Scientific Data Management Program Manager for the past 16 years. I served as the project manager for the development of the West Coast Catch Share system for commercial fisheries. For the past 3 years I led the Center's PARR Implementation efforts. In July 2018, I was selected to serve on the CDO NRAP Detail on the Cloud Storage and Access Team. Previously, I have worked 21 years in the US Forest Service as the Forest Service Y2K Program Manager, Enterprise Data Architect, Oracle CASE Manager, Forest Land-use Planner, and as a field Forester.
